The estate spreads over 21 hectares, planted with 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. The low yielding vines average 40 years of age. Each individual plot is carefully selected in the vineyard and only the healthiest grapes are hand-harvested. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats at 28°C in order to maintain the freshness and purity of the fruit. 70% of the wine is then aged in oak barrels and 30% in stainless steel which produces a great balance of oak and fruit.
